Stone abstract…

Beauty, as they say, is in the eye of the beholder. This scene, one of many stone crevasses in the rock garden near Chattanooga’s famous Rock City, might be viewed as just another slab of stone. But something drew me to this composition, its nicely curved lines, play of shadows and highlights, and even the vibrant colors reflected on the face of this rock. Elegance can often be found in the simplest of subjects. Hope you enjoy…
